How to play
You and Maya sit opposite. Play runs anticlockwise. The player to the dealer’s right chooses Stand or Beg. On a beg, the dealer can give opponents one point or run three more cards each until trumps change.
Follow the led suit or play a trump. If you have none of the led suit, any card is allowed. Highest trump wins; otherwise highest card of the led suit wins.
High and Low: one point each to the original holders of the highest and lowest dealt trump. Jack: one point for saving your team’s trump jack, three for capturing your opponents’ jack. Game: one point for the highest captured card value (10 = 10, A = 4, K = 3, Q = 2, J = 1).
Turn-up bonuses: A = 1, 6 = 2, J = 3 for the dealer’s team. Scores are counted High, Low, Jack, Game; the first team to the target wins immediately. This version uses Trinidad rules and permits undertrumping.
